Johanna Long is one of only a few female racers on the NASCAR circuit, but that’s not why she’s worthy of attention. Johanna grabs peoples attention because of her racing performance on the track. And she’s been doing that since the beginning of her racing career that started when she was eight-years-old.

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series to qualify, race on same day at Rockingham

When the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) makes its return to Rockingham Speedway for the Carolina 200 presented by Cheerwine in April, the field for the second event at the venerable one-mile track will not be set until morning of the race.

A Chance to Grab Super Bowl Tickets and Help Children in Need

The Charlotte Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities is providing sports fans with the chance to bid on a pair of tickets to Super Bowl XLVII this Sunday in New Orleans.

Fans can visit the Speedway Children’s Charities website at http://charlotte.speedwaycharities.org/and place their bid on a pair of tickets that were donated by a corporate sponsor. The seats are located in the plaza level of the end zone, section 101, row 19. The tickets are valued at $950 per seat.
